Returns & Exchanges
Wish to return or exchange your order? Simply follow below steps.
- 1. Register your return here: https://teym.returnless.com/en
- 2. Fold the items neatly and pack them in the original packaging. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn and free of any odours or pet hairs. A quick try-on is accepted, a long bike ride through the rain makes us less happy. Teym reserves the right to refuse returns that cannot be sold as new.
- 3. Take the package to the post office or drop-off point of your chosen carrier.
- 4. Once the package has been returned to Teym, it will be processed between 2 and 15 working days. You can choose to have the purchase amount refunded, or receive a coupon that can be used on a next order. If a coupon is chosen you do not pay shipping costs for your return package.
- 5. Would you rather return your package to our store? That is possible too. Please visit our store within 14 days after you received your package. Your return will be registered here and will be processed within a few days. Items purchased in the store itself can only be exchanged for another item or a voucher.
